Villa Lily is located on the island of Mali Iz, in the charming village of Knez. It can be reached by a 45-minute catamaran ride from Zadar, or by car, which involves a 1-hour and 15-minute ferry ride. This beautifully situated villa boasts stunning sea views and features an outdoor swimming pool, just 30 meters from the shore. Set within a traditional Dalmatian house, it is surrounded by a garden and stone walls that provide a tranquil ambiance. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area decorated in a rustic style, along with one bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher. The first floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two smaller living areas, each with balconies offering sea views. For relaxation, the villa features a Taverne with an open fireplace and a wooden dining table where you can savor local dishes and enjoy domestic wines. Additionally, billiards and darts are available for your enjoyment. Villa Lily also offers sauna facilities and a small jacuzzi next to the pool. With a generous area of 250 square meters, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for multiple families or a group of friends seeking a stress-free vacation in a pristine natural environment. You can also take day trips to explore the ancient town of Zadar or visit nearby islands.

How to reach Villa Lily? From airport Zemunik to city of Zadar distance is about 7 km. From Zadar to island of Iž traveling by ferry boat or regular boat takes about 1 hour. Information about ferry boat schedule and ferry boat ticket reservation you can find on http://www.jadrolinija.hr/en/ferry-croatia. If you are travelling by ferry your port of departure is Zadar(Gaženica) and your arrival port is Iž (Bršanj) If you are travelling with regular boat your departure port is Zadar and your arrival port is Mali Iž. http://www.gv-zadar.com/ You can buy everything in Mali Iž island shop, except meat
